About Lindy

We're on a mission to free humanity from work. What if your AI teammate could manage your inbox, run your calendar, manage your meetings, communicate with clients, and close deals?

As crazy as it sounds, humanity has already freed itself once — from hard, menial work. We’re just finishing the job, using AI agents to automate all knowledge work.

Our goal is to build AI employees that can collaborate with humans and other AI employees across all channels (email, Slack, Zoom, phone calls, etc), pursue ambiguous goals in dynamic contexts, and continuously learn from their experience.

Our Culture

Lindy’s Culture

At Lindy, you can expect an environment with little process and high empowerment, paired with high expectations and a strong sense of urgency.

We are an in-office company, working from our downtown San Francisco office 4 days a week. We sponsor visas and cover relocation costs up to $20,000.

What You’ll Own

As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Lindy, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, systems, and data. As the connective tissue across the organization, you’ll align teams around shared goals, translating complex data into clear actions:

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain revenue models, unit economics analysis, and business forecasts that inform board-level decisions and funding strategies
  • Analytics Reporting: Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and alerting systems for business-critical metrics (ARR, retention, usage patterns, AI model performance)
  • Pricing Strategy: Design and optimize usage-based pricing models for AI agents, including tier structures, consumption pricing, and enterprise packages
  • Go-to-Market Analytics: Own funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation across our self-serve and enterprise motions
  • Operational Excellence: Lead process design and automation initiatives that scale our operations 10x without proportional headcount growth
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Drive strategic initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams of 5-8 people per project

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our Weekly Business Review and quarterly board reporting on growth metrics and operational health
  • Own analysis and modeling for new product launches, market expansion, and pricing experiments
  • Write complex SQL queries to capture business and product metrics, and translate this data into digestible reporting
  • Partner with Engineering on AI usage optimization and cost management strategies
  • Design and execute A/B tests for pricing, onboarding, and product features

Who You Are

  • 4–8 years experience in startup or big tech S&O, strategy consulting, analytics, or similar roles within high-growth environments
  • Technical fluency: Expert in SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets modeling, and data visualization (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Business fundamentals: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, usage-based pricing, and B2B go-to-market strategies
  • Cross-functional leadership: Experience leading projects with engineering, product, and business teams
  • Communication: Ability to present complex analyses to executives
  • Bias toward action: Track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear action plans and measurable results
  • Project management skills: Confidence in juggling priorities, operating under ambiguity, and delivering results across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • In-person: Excitement to work in-person 4 days a week from our downtown San Francisco office

Bonus Qualifications

  • Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
  • Experience at AI/ML companies or with usage-based pricing models
  • Python proficiency for advanced analytics
  • Exposure to no-code or workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc)
  • Previous P&L responsibility

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range $150K-185K + equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage
  • $20K relocation assistance and visa sponsorship
  • High autonomy and direct collaboration with leadership
  • The fun of working at a no-nonsense 30-person startup that just wants to build an amazing product and business
