Software Engineer Internship
Lindy is building the AI assistant for everyone else — not the tinkerers, not the builders, but the people who just want their day back.
About Lindy
Lindy is building an AI employee, not another tool people have to operate. It lives in your Slack, learns your business from the messages and meetings around it, and does real work across every tool your team uses. We're building the layer between powerful AI models and the work people actually do.
Our engineering team is flexible by design - engineers work on whatever is highest priority, moving fluidly across the product. Because of our growth and pace of new product development, the scope you can take on here is exceptional. This isn't a "shadow someone for four months" internship. You'll ship real features, work directly with the founders, and have genuine ownership over your work from day one.

What You'll Work On
Lindy engineers are solving some of the most compelling problems in AI today - and as a co-op, you'll be in the middle of it. You'll work on the AI assistant that helps people actually run their lives: managing communications, scheduling, priorities, and the hundred small things that eat up a person's day.
Depending on priority, you might work on:
Building and improving core AI assistant features that users interact with daily
Expanding integrations across our library of 5,000+ third-party APIs so Lindy can connect to more of a user's world
Contributing to our dynamic LLM routing system and self-healing agent mechanisms that make the assistant reliable at scale
Working on real-time capabilities like audio and telephony that power Lindy's voice features
Shipping across the full stack using TypeScript, GraphQL + Relay, and deploying on Kubernetes in GCP
The tech is modern, the problems are hard, and the surface area is wide. You'll figure out quickly what you're great at - and we'll give you room to go deep on it.
